Vibration and noise vibration and noise occur simultaneously. They not only do harm to machine operators, but also pollute the environment. (1) Mechanical vibration and noise, such as pump shaft and motor shaft misalignment or jacking, damage to bearing and coupling of rotating shaft, damage to elastic pad and loosening of assembly bolts, will generate noise. (2) Noise Caused by Fluid Flow in Pipelines Noise will be caused by too thin oil inlet pipe, too small or blocked flow capacity of oil inlet filter, intake of air in oil inlet pipe, too high oil clearance, too low oil level, insufficient oil absorption and liquid impact in high-pressure pipe. Therefore, the oil tank must be designed correctly and the oil filter, oil pipe and directional valve must be selected correctly.
