The output pressure of the pump with abnormal output pressure is determined by the load and is approximately proportional to the input torque. There are two kinds of faults for abnormal output pressure. (1) The output pressure is too low. When the pump is in a self-priming state, the pressure will not rise if the oil inlet pipe leaks or the hydraulic cylinder, one-way valve, reversing valve, etc. in the system have large leakage. This needs to find out the leak, tighten and replace the seal to increase the pressure. If the relief valve fails or the adjustment pressure is low, and the system pressure cannot go up, the pressure shall be readjusted or the relief valve shall be overhauled. If the deviation between the cylinder body of the hydraulic pump and the distribution plate causes a large amount of leakage, and if it is serious, the cylinder body may rupture, the matching surface shall be ground again or the hydraulic pump shall be replaced. (2) If the output pressure is too high and the loop load continues to rise, the pump pressure also continues to rise, which is normal. If the load is constant and the pressure of the pump exceeds the pressure required by the load, hydraulic components other than the pump, such as directional valve, pressure valve, transmission device and oil return pipeline, shall be checked. If the maximum pressure is too high, the relief valve should be adjusted.
