XCT25L5 three-four-five arm can’t be extended

Malfunction phenomenon: XCT25L5 345 joint arm cannot extend out。
Fault description: XCT25L5 has no action when extending two arms and then extending three or four or five arms, and the two arms extend normally.

Cause analysis of failure: electrical failure.

Troubleshooting steps and methods:
1:Clear the cause of the fault: the telescopic and other actions of the second arm are normal, which means that there is no problem with the telescopic and luffing solenoid valves on the pilot valve.
2:Check the relevant hardware: check whether the valve core of the boom switching valve is stuck, clean and assemble to ensure that the solenoid valve is not stuck and the valve core is smoothly reversed.
3:Check the relevant electrical circuits: then judge the telescopic control valve of the 345-joint arm in the turntable, and find that the XD2:43-X1:23 line cannot be electrified because of the virtual connection of the solenoid valve head.
